Mongolia is not a vegetarian's dream, to put it mildly. This was dinner, served with four knives. No salad. Nothing green, in fact. Eggs again!

Well, I did request some eggs, telling them I didn't eat meat. So I got three eggs and four slices of sausage.
The word vegetarian is un-translatable.
My question: how did the locals look after a lifetime (actually, generations) of this diet?
They look good, actually. I was told meat helps deal with the climate and cold.
