Bassekou Kouyate and Toumani Diabate were extraordinary.
Finally, I got to see Oumou Sangare. Dying to see her again.
Wow.
Then Baaba Maal with Oumou.
And even more griots!
With a bit of Rachid Taha rockin' the casbah to end.
